  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 sliced hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped ham
  • 6 English muffins, toasted and split with butter

    In frypan, melt butter on medium-low heat.

    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.

    Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.

    Reduce heat to low; fold in cream cheese and stir until smooth.

    Add eggs and ham.

    Heat through.
