  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
  • milk
  • 4 to 6 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 12 oz. bag frozen onions (do not thaw) or tiny onions, peeled and cooked slightly
  • bread crumbs or dry prepared stuffing
  • 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chives
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • milk
  • melted butter
  • paprika

Directions

    Cream the cream cheese.

    Add sour cream and chives.

    Stir in potatoes, one at a time while hot, adding milk if necessary to achieve creamy texture.
