- 1 stick margarine
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
- milk
- 4 to 6 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 12 oz. bag frozen onions (do not thaw) or tiny onions, peeled and cooked slightly
- bread crumbs or dry prepared stuffing
- 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chives
- garlic powder
- salt
- milk
- melted butter
- paprika
Directions

1Cream the cream cheese.

2Add sour cream and chives.

3Stir in potatoes, one at a time while hot, adding milk if necessary to achieve creamy texture.

4Add garlic powder and salt.

5Put in baking dish.

6Brush top with melted butter, then sprinkle with paprika.
