  • 6 large onions
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Cut up onions into quarters.

    Boil in water until tender. Drain.

    Make cream sauce by melting butter.

    Stir in flour.

    Slowly add milk.

    Bring to boil until thickened.

    Add salt and pepper. Place drained onions in casserole dish, cover with cream sauce. Top with stuffing mix.

    Drizzle with melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
