- 6 large onions
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Cut up onions into quarters.

2Boil in water until tender. Drain.

3Make cream sauce by melting butter.

4Stir in flour.

5Slowly add milk.

6Bring to boil until thickened.

7Add salt and pepper. Place drained onions in casserole dish, cover with cream sauce. Top with stuffing mix.

8Drizzle with melted butter.

9Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
