- 1 can green peas, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Butter a casserole dish and set aside.

2Melt oleo in saucepan and fry onions until they soften.

3Add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk and stir until sauce thickens and boils.

4Remove from heat.

5Season and add peas.

6Stir well and pour into casserole and bake at 350° until hot, about 20 minutes.

7May be topped with bread crumbs if desired.
