  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • dash of pepper and nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Cook peas; drain.

    Melt butter.

    Stir in flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Gradually stir in milk.

    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
