  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cut potatoes into chunks; set aside.

    Saute onion in margarine until tender, not brown.

    Stir in flour; blend in milk.

    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
