  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions

    Thaw spinach.

    Combine to thawed spinach softened cream cheese; 10 oz.

    shredded parmeasan cheese; 1/2 t. nutmeg; 1/4 t. salt; 1/8 t. pepper; 1 stick of unsalted butter (melted); stir until combined.

    Put all the ingredients in a greased casserole dish.

    Sprinkle remaining 2 oz of parmeasan cheese on top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
