- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 to 1/2 stick margarine, softened
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach well.

2Mix with cream cheese, margarine, water chestnuts, mushrooms and onions.

3Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes in a 2-quart casserole.
