  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 grated nutmeg
  • 1/2t fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup onion (chopped fine)
  • 1T flour
  • 2 medium cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
