- 3 swedes, about 1 kg, coarsely chopped
- 125 ml pouring cream
Directions

1Place swede in pot, cover with water.

2Bring to the boil over high heat, cook till tender about 30 minutes.

3Drain well, pulse in food processor till smooth.

4Return to saucepan, add cream.

5Stir over medium heat till thick, about 3 minutes.

6Season to taste.
