- 2 lbs raw sweet potatoes
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast until tender (approximately 1 hour). Let potatoes cool slightly and then peel.

3In a mixing bowl, mash sweet potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
