Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup onion (diced)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup diced mushroom
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can tuna (drained)
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Stir in onions, mushrooms and garlic.

3Saute over medium heat until translucent.

4Mix in flour.

5Mix in wine, stir for a few seconds.

6Add milk, peas, mozzarella and tuna.

7Cook another 5 minutes or so until thickened.

8Add Salt and pepper to taste.

9Serve over toast or pasta.

10(I prefer to serve this with homemade gnocchi).
