- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. turkey broth or gravy
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey
- celery, peas or mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Melt butter, add flour and stir over low heat until blended. Add cold broth and milk at once.

2Cook, stirring constantly, until uniformly thickened.

3Set over hot water.

4Add the seasoning and turkey and heat thoroughly.

5Add more seasoning, if desired. Serve over biscuits, toast or rice.

6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
