- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Boil necks; separate meat from bones.

2Gradually blend flour and milk over low heat in skillet.

3Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4Serve over toast, rice or noodles.
