  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk
  • 2 c. cooked or canned turkey, cubed
  • 10 oz. bag frozen peas
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Melt shortening; stir in flour.

    Add milk and cook over low heat until mixture thickens.

    Stir in turkey, vegetable, salt and pepper and heat thoroughly.
