- 1 c. flour
- 3 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk
- 2 c. cooked or canned turkey, cubed
- 10 oz. bag frozen peas
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt shortening; stir in flour.

2Add milk and cook over low heat until mixture thickens.

3Stir in turkey, vegetable, salt and pepper and heat thoroughly.

4Serve over biscuit or rice.
