  • 2 large eggs
  • 34 cup heavy cream or 34 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 34 teaspoon black pepper
  • 34 teaspoon mustard powder
  • cayenne pepper, a pinch
  • 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
  • 8 slices American cheese
