1/4 c. brown sugar

2 apples, thinly sliced
1 c. sour cream

Directions

Heat oven to 350°.

Combine cake mix and butter.

Mix until crumbly.

Reserve 2/3 cup for topping.

Press remaining mixture into bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Arrange apple slices over base.

Blend sour cream and egg.

Spread evenly over apples. Sprinkle reserved topping over all.

Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and bubbly.
