- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 slices bacon, cut in halves
- lemon pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- shredded cheese, if preferred
Directions

1Brown the boneless chicken breasts in a skillet with the oil.

2Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish and cover with both cans of the cream of mushroom soup.

3Place 2 halves of bacon on top of each chicken breast.

4Dash on the lemon pepper and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour.

5Sprinkle with cheese, if preferred, and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until melted.
