  • 1/2 c. beer or milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
  • Wheat 'n Bran Triscuits wafers
  • parsley for garnish

Directions

    In bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

    Gradually beat in beer or milk.

    Add Cheddar cheese and red pepper, beating until well blended.
