  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 oz. nondairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) graham pie crust
  • 1 can cherry pie filling (optional)

Directions

    Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in thawed non-dairy whipped topping, blending thoroughly. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, about 4 hours. Serve topped with cherry pie filling if desired.
