  • 1 c. diced potatoes
  • 1/2 c. each: celery, carrots and onions, chopped fine
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook vegetables in butter until tender.

    Add soup and water. Cook until tender.

    Stir milk and flour together.

    Add to soup. Stir in cubed Velveeta cheese.
