{"0":"Thaw spinich, drain well and wring out spinich dry in hand towel. Take 3 Tbsp butter and 3 Tbsp onions and cook in frying pan until onions are translucent. Add two more Tbsp butter and melt. Add 2 Tbsp flour and cook stirring frequently for 3 minutes. Add milk (or half and half) slowly. Break up cheese and add to pan.
