Ingredients

  • 3 cups Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup Pecan Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 3/4 cup Maple Syrup (or Agave)
  • 1/4 cup Oil (prefer Canola)

Directions

    Mix first five ingredients

    Pour syrup and oil over oat mixture and stir thoroughly

    Spread on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Stir and bake for additional 15 minutes
