Creamy Cod Bake

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 lb. cod, cut into small portions
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Heat butter in saucepan.

    Add fish and saute for 3 minutes. Remove to baking dish and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Combine soup and milk and pour over fish.

    Sprinkle cheese on top. Place in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

    Serves 4 to 6.
