- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, sugar and salt, stirring until smooth.

2Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.

3Remove from heat and stir in corn.

4Beat eggs well and gradually add 1/4 hot mixture into eggs. Stir.

5Add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly.

6Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
