  • 2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen corn
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk (evaporated)
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and salt together.

    Add to beaten eggs.

    Stir in corn, milk and melted butter. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
