  • 8 whole Potatoes
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 2 dashes Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Onion
  • 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Frozen Corn
  • 1/2 cups Frozen Peas
  • 2 dashes Seasoned Salt

Directions

    Peel and cube potatoes into 1/2-inch size.

    Put in medium saucepan, cover with water, and boil for 20 minutes.

    Drain and mash potatoes.

    Add butter, milk, and a dash of salt.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    While potatoes are cooking, melt butter in large skillet.

    Saute onions for 4 minutes.

    Add ground beef and brown.
