Ingredients: 3 Eggs boiled; 1 Potato boiled and peeled; 1/2 onion, chopped; 1 tomato chopped; 1/2 tsp turmeric powder; 1 tsp pepper powder; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tbsp coriander leaves chopped; 2 tbsp oil; 1/4 cup hot water

Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion and tomato,cook it

Mash the potato,add turmeric,pepper and salt powder add this to the pan and saute it well

To this put egg yolkes mix well till creamy.add hot water as needed.cut the egg white into small pieces and add
