Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (3 c.)
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Line 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil.

3Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of prepared pan.

4Bake 8 minutes; cool.

5In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with Eagle Brand and vanilla. Remove from heat; stir in cheese until well blended.

6Stir in nuts.

7Spread over prepared crust.

8Chill 2 hours or until firm. Lift fudge from pan onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.

9Store covered in refrigerator.

10Makes about 2 pounds.
