- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. lime gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Beat cream cheese and gelatin.

2Add water; stir until gelatin is dissolved.

3Refrigerate until thickened, about 1 hour, stirring frequently.

4Add mayonnaise; whisk until smooth.

5Stir in fruit and pecans.

6Pour into a 1-quart mold sprayed with Pam.

7Chill until firm.

8Invert onto a serving platter.
