- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Garden Vegetable Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Directions

1Heat oil in small nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

2Add eggs; cook 2 to 3 min.

3or until almost set, occasionally lifting edge with spatula and tilting skillet to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.

4Top with cream cheese product; cook until eggs are set but top is still slightly moist.

5Slip spatula underneath omelette, tip skillet to loosen and gently fold omelette in half.

6Cook 1 to 2 min.

7or until cream cheese is melted.

8Slide or flip omelette onto plate.

9Sprinkle with chives.
