  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. diced, cooked ham
  • 4 boiled eggs, quartered
  • 4 slices bread or buns, toasted

    Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan over low heat.

    Add flour, stirring until smooth.

    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly.

    Stir in mustard and pepper.

    Add ham and eggs.
