  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
