Creamy Ice Cream

Name: Creamy Ice Cream
Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese (lite works as well); 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package French vanilla instant pudding (white chocolate is good too!!); 34 cup milk (skim-whole, doesn't matter); 8 ounces frozen Cool Whip, thawed; 2 -3 cups strawberries, chopped; 4 cups ice cream, softened (homemade or store bought, I do store bought for ease)

Whip cream cheese until fluffy.

Add milk and pudding mix until smooth.

Fold in Cool Whip and strawberries.

Mix (by hand!)

with ice cream and serve!

Mix the ice cream by hand so it doesn't get too soft, if you do it in the mixer just be gentle.

*Can add more strawberries either to mix or on top.

*Would be good with blueberries or other fruits as well.
