- 3 egg yolks or 3 egg whites
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand or Eagle Brand low-fat sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice
- yellow food coloring
- 2 c. whipped topping or whipped cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand or Eagle Brand low-fat, ReaLemon and food coloring if desired.

3Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 30 minutes.

4Cool. Chill; spread with whipped cream.
