- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
Directions

1Bring carrots and broth to boil in saucepan on high heat; cover.

2Simmer on medium-low heat 30 min.

3or until carrots are very tender and most of the broth is absorbed, uncovering for the last 5 min.

4Remove from heat; mash until smooth.
