- 5 medium potatoes
- 5 tablespoons light butter
- 3 garlic cloves
- dill, to taste
- salt and pepper
- 12 cup fat free sour cream
- 14 cup nonfat milk
Directions

1Cut potatoes into about 2 inch cubes and cover them with water.

2Put lid on pot and boil until you can cut them easily with a fork, usually about 30 minutes from the time you start cooking.

3Drain potatoes.

4Place butter in a large mixing bowl.

5Add garlic, potatoes, dill, salt & pepper.

6Blend until potatoes are slightly chunky and butter is melted.

7Add fat free sour cream and skim milk.

8Blend on high until mixture is smooth.

9Serves 5, but usually with leftovers.
