- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 1/3 c. chopped red pepper
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. Gulden spicy brown mustard
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute the onions and peppers in butter in a medium size saucepan.

2Stir in flour.

3Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

4Gradually stir in evaporated milk and water. Cook over medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.

5Stir in mustard and salt.

6Serve over the ham.
