  • 1-1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 pkg. (0.3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • ice cubes
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

Directions

    Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/2 cups.

    Add to gelatin; stir until ice is melted.

    Remove 1 cup gelatin; set aside at room temperature.

    Pour remaining gelatin into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until set but not firm.

    Add reserved gelatin gradually to Neufchatel in medium bowl, beating with whisk until blended.

    Pour over gelatin layer in mold.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
