Creamy Peanut Pie

- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans (3 1/2 oz.) shredded coconut
- 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Nestle peanut butter chips, divided
Directions

1Line 9-inch pie plate with aluminum foil; set aside.

2In large skillet, melt butter.

3Add coconut, stir occasionally until lightly toasted.

4Blend in 1 cup peanut butter chips, stir until morsels melt and mixture is combined.

5Press evenly on bottom and sides (not over rim) of foil-lined pie plate.

6Chill in refrigerator until firm, about 45 minutes.

7Remove foil and place back into pie plate.
