- 32 ounces vanilla or 32 ounces plain yogurt
- 12 ounces Cool Whip Topping, thawed (don't use low fat)
- 6 ounces instant pudding mix (I prefer vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix)
- 12 ounces frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, black berries of mixed fruit)
Directions

1Fold the dry pudding into the yogurt.

2Then fold in the Cool Whip.

3Fold in the fruit.

4It works best to not let the fruit thaw.

5It will thaw within the salad and be ready to eat very shortly after preparing it.

6Also be sure to use frozen berries and not berries in a juice.
