Creamy Quick Fruit Salad

  • 32 ounces vanilla or 32 ounces plain yogurt
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip Topping, thawed (don't use low fat)
  • 6 ounces instant pudding mix (I prefer vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix)
  • 12 ounces frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, black berries of mixed fruit)

Directions

    Fold the dry pudding into the yogurt.

    Then fold in the Cool Whip.

    Fold in the fruit.

    It works best to not let the fruit thaw.

    It will thaw within the salad and be ready to eat very shortly after preparing it.

    Also be sure to use frozen berries and not berries in a juice.
