  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 2 1/2 cups edensoy soy milk
  • 18 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon tahini (sesame paste) sesame butter
  • 2 tablespoons barley malt syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot flour or kudzu, dissolved in 2 tablespoons of cold water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg grated, or ground cinnamon
  • 1 x fruit to serve

Directions

    Put quinoa, soy milk and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add sesame butter and barley malt syrup.

    Mix well.

    Add arrowroot flour or kudzu, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

    Add vanilla and spices.
