- 2 12 cups water
- 12 cup raw long-grain rice
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk (I use fat-free. Tastes the same & guilt-free!)
Directions

1In medium saucepan, combine water, rice,& cinnamon; let stand 30 min.

2Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

3Add condensed milk and mix well.

4Return to boil; stir.

5Reduce heat to medium.

6Cook uncovered.

7stirring frequently, 20-25 min.

8Serve warm or chilled.
