- 7 oz. thin spaghetti
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- Hunt's tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook spaghetti in 1 tablespoon oil in water.

2Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and onion. Alternate layers of spaghetti and cheese mixture. Saute ground beef.

3Put over spaghetti.

4Pour tomato sauce over top. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Spaghetti sauce can also be used.

5Tomato sauce gives a different flavor.
