Creamy Spaghetti

  • 7 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • Hunt's tomato sauce

Directions

    Cook spaghetti in 1 tablespoon oil in water.

    Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and onion. Alternate layers of spaghetti and cheese mixture. Saute ground beef.

    Put over spaghetti.

    Pour tomato sauce over top. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Spaghetti sauce can also be used.

    Tomato sauce gives a different flavor.
