- 300 grams Spinach, chopped up
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 250 ml fresh cream
Directions

1Place spinach in rapid boiling salted water for 1.5 minutes.

3Melt butter in a large frying pan.

4Add the flour and mix until it forms a light dough.

5Begin adding the cream bit by bit, whisking constantly so that it doesn't get lumpy.

6Squeeze all the water out of the spinach and mix into the cream.

7Add salt and pepper and simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes.
