  • 1 large can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 can French onion rings
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole that has been sprayed with vegetable oil.

    Bake for 35 minutes or until bubbling.
