- 6 ounces uncooked spinach pasta
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese or 2 tablespoons romano cheese, freshy grated
- 12 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 14 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Drain and keep warm.

3Place remaining ingredients, except walnuts in blender and process until creamy.

4Turn into 2 cup measure and cover with paper towel.

5Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring, just until warm.

6Stir into pasta and top with walnuts.
