  • 1 recipe warm creme anglaise (recipe follows)
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 16 to 21 soft ladyfingers, homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light rum
