  • 5 lb. medium potatoes
  • salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese with chives
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine (3/4 stick)
  • 2 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds
  • paprika

    Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.

    Salt to taste and boil for 20 minutes or until tender.

    Drain well.

    Combine potatoes, cream cheese, garlic salt, pepper and 4 tablespoons margarine. Blend well.
