Ingredients

  • 1 meat from 2 duck breasts
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped sage
  • 1 tbsp Lawry's Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Lawry's garlic pepper
  • 1/4 lb butter ( can use a little less if thays too much)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tsp Lawry's garlic powder with parsley
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

Directions

    debone duck breasts and cut meat onto bite size pieces

    drege meat in a mixture of flour,sage, seasoned salt and garlic pepper and brown in a skillet with the butter.

    remove the meat and reserve it, add onions, celery and mushrooms to the skillet and saute.

    add meat back in the skillet, plus garlic powder,and thyme.

    cover and simmer for one hour.

    serve with rice
